   8 Default compilation flags to be used when compiling ``CSharp`` files. Will only be
   9 used by CMake on the first configuration to determine ``CSharp`` default
  10 compilation flags, after which the value for ``CSFLAGS`` is stored in the cache
  11 as :variable:`CMAKE_CSharp_FLAGS <CMAKE_<LANG>_FLAGS>`. For any configuration
  12 run (including the first), the environment variable will be ignored if the
  13 :variable:`CMAKE_CSharp_FLAGS <CMAKE_<LANG>_FLAGS>` variable is defined.
